
The Reverend Michael K. Ocran is a priest of the Archdiocese of Cape Coast in the Central Region of Ghana, West Africa. Father Michael was ordained to the priesthood on July 20, 1986. After ordination, he taught at St. Teresa’s Minor Seminary, in the Archdiocese of Cape Coast. He served also as pastor in a number of parishes; he served on a number of committees in the Archdiocese of Cape Coast between 1986 and 2009.
September, 2009 to April, 2011, Father Michael K. Ocran studied at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit. He holds S.T.L. degree from Sacred Heart Major Seminary, Detroit. He is currently working in the Diocese of Marquette in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan as pastor of Sacred Heart Church in Munising, and Holy Rosary Mission in Grand Marais, and St. Therese Mission in AuTrain. He is also the Missionary Cooperation Plan Representative (MCP) in the USA for the Archdiocese of Cape Coast.
